注明“運費在目的港到付”，通知方為“XXXX建造材料，阿聯酋迪拜XXX，電話：XXXX 傳真:00971-XXXXXX

注： port-to-port shipment ：港至港運輸意為須出具海運直航提單（Direct B/L直航提單，即從起運港直抵目的港的運輸提單）

5:Certificate from the shipping company or their agents stating that the carrying vessel is not registered in Isreal or owned by nationals or residents of Isreal and that the vessel is not scheduled to call at any Isreali port during the current voyage, en route to port of discharge.

船公司或其代理人出具一份證書，說明載貨船沒有在以色列注冊或由以色列國民或居民擁有，同時說明，船舶在現有航程去往卸貨港途中不會再任何以色列港口停靠。

注：這是對載運船舶的限制性要求，屬于政治性條款表述，中東阿拉伯國家的信用證一般都有類似條款。

在租船訂艙時，必須和貨代交代明白，確定這些要求，以免裝船后帶來不可估量的麻煩后果。

6: Insurance covered by Abudula Building Materials P.O.Box 371, Dubai U.A.E. Beneficiary must send shipment advice by facsimile message on or before the on board date of the bill of lading quoting L/C number, Invoice value, merchandise, mark, shipment date, vessels name, carrier, bill of lading No. and date to Kestrel Insurance agency on their Fax No.:009714-3718271,referrring to their marine policy No.01-362-25361. A copy of such advice (s) to accompany the documents

保險由XXXX建材承保，受益人必須經由傳真方式于提單裝船日的當天或之前向KESTREL保險公司（傳真號：XXXXXXX）發送裝船通知，

說明信用證號碼，發票總值，商品，嘜頭，裝運日，船名，承運人，提單號，以及日期，同時注明其海運保單號碼01-362-25361。

本裝運通知副本須隨附單證議付。

47A（附加條件）: 1. Alerations/additions in all documents, if any should be authenticated by the respective issuing authority.

單證上如有改動/添加應由相應的開證機構證實。

2. We reserve the right to make a charge of USD75.00 in addition to any other costs which arise, where presentations of documents do not comply with the terms and conditions of the credit.

如提示的單證與本信用證條款不符，我行有權收取75美元費用外加其他所產生的費用。

注：reserve the right to：保留 ....權利。

make a charge of：收取.....費用。

in addition to：加于...之上；除....之外又...

where:無論在什么地方或處于什么情況，表示條件關系。

3.All documents must be issued in English and bear our L/C No. DB226789 and purchase order No.3789, Bill of exchange must bear the date of on board notation.

所有的單證須以英文出具并載有我信用證號碼DB226789以及購買訂單號碼3789。匯票上須載有“已裝船”批注的日期

注：Bill of exchange：匯票，與 draft 同義。

4: Bill of lading must indicate: (i) the name, address and telephone number of the carrying vessel"s agent at the port of discharge (ii) container number (s) and seal number(s),(iii) final place of delivery is Jebel Ali

提單上須明示：（i）卸貨港載貨船舶代理人的名稱，地址以及電話號碼（ii）集裝箱號碼和鉛封號碼 （iii）最終交貨地：杰貝阿里。

注：seal number：集裝箱上的鉛封號碼。

5. The beneficiary is required to quote the Harmonized System commodity code number (H.S.code numbers) on all commerical invoices presented for negotiation, if such code numbers are not available, then a certificate to that effect duly signed by the beneficiary must accompany the documents.

受益人須在提示議付的所有商業發票上注明HS商品編碼。如果無法得知本編碼，須由受益人簽署相關證明隨附本單證議付。

6: Shipment to be effected in containers, Bill of Lading to evidence the same.

貨物使用集裝箱裝運，提單上須有相同標準

71B（費用情況）: All charges outside U.A.E. are for beneficiary"s account including reimbursement commission of USD75.00 per presentation.

阿聯酋境外的一切銀行費用包括提示時的75美元償付傭金均由受益人承擔。

注：reimbursement commission 償付傭金，或者叫做償付銀行費用

48（交單期限）: Within 15 days after the date of on-board notation on the bill of lading, but in any event within the validity of the credit.

提單上“已裝船”批注日期后的15天之內，但須在本信用證有效期內。

注： in any event：在任何情況下，不管怎樣。

49（保兌指示 Confirmation Instruction）: without.

無保兌

78（對付款/承兌/議付銀行的指示）: For drawings (s) under this credit, at maturity we shall remit proceeds as per the presenting bank"s instructions, less reimbursement commission of USD75.00, provided all the documents are drawn in conformity with the terms and conditions of the credit.

對本信用證項下的支付，只要出具的單證與本信用證條款相符，我行將將在到期日根據交單行的指示匯付款項，扣除75美元償付傭金。

注：presenting bank：交單行。

less:扣減，減去，是介詞。

Documents must be dispatched in one lot by any courier to the manager, Lloyds Tsb Bank Plc, P.O.Box 3766 Al Wasl Road, Jumeirah, Opposite Safa Park, Dubai, U.A.E.
